CRIPPA SMALL

SMALL2 - SMALL2R -TUBEFLEX1 - TUBEFLEX2

The SMALL2 and SMALL2R series of CNC tube benders offer multiple, fully automatic bending cycles. The clockwise and counterclockwise bending directions allow the creation of complex shapes without manual intervention during the bending cycle. This provides significant gains over other production means. The bending head allows the simultaneous use of multiple types of tooling including different radii and compound clamps. The small footprint is particularly suited to work cells and the REVERSE machines are inverted for automatic unloading of bent tubes without any additional devices. All six axes are driven by electric motors with digital Full Electric technology and controlled by the Siemens 840 Dsl CNC. The high production speed and small but rigid bending head make these machines perfect for automotive, aerospace, and air conditioning industries. The operator programs the machine through an intuitive interface on color LCD screen 15”. The three-dimensional graphics software, UII "User ISO Interface", facilitates the programming, simulation, and optimization of the bending cycle.

The TUBEFLEX1 and TUBEFLEX2 CNC tube bender offer multiple, fully automatic bending cycles. They are available in 2 different set ups: -       With 1 bending head and one bending sense designed to be manually transformable for either clockwise or counterclockwise bending -       With 2 bending heads, with clockwise and counterclockwise bending directions which allow the creation of complex shapes without manual intervention during the bending cycle. Both solutions provide significant gains over other production means. These machines allow the simultaneous use of multiple types of tooling including different radii and compound clamps, they can be integrated inside working cell and they are specifically thought to bend hybrid tubes composed of 2 metal sectors and 1 rubber sector and to bend kit tubes.
